Airdrop Bank DJ Wheelset 26"

A 26" wheelset designed and developed specifically for dirt jump & pump track.

When we developed the new Fade DJ frame, we weren't satisfied with the wheel options available. So in true Airdrop style, we decided to produce the wheels we wanted ourselves. Two years, many prototypes and a lot of work later, we have the Bank DJ 26" wheelset. The whole system is how we want it, so you have a new Bank DJ 26" rim which is more like a modern MTB rim than conventional 26" options. It's a littler wider, stronger and reinforced in all the right places. It has a sleeved joint so there's no weak point and the surface is shot-peened before being anodised and laser etched.

The hubs are our own Airdrop Motive DJ hubs. The rear is a singlespeed specific design with an 11-tooth helix driver offering 72 points of engagement and full contact with the ratchet ring at all times. The rear has 6-bolt rotor tabs and superb sealing throughout. The front is a minimalist DJ specific design so there are no disc tabs, just clean lines. The front hub comes with 15x100mm end caps but we have adapter kits for forks with 15x110mm or 20x110mm dropouts. Everything is laced together with Sapim Race DB black spokes and brass double-square nipples, and built in the UK. There's even a dedicated Bank DJ rim strip included.

As with all Airdrop products, we've really sweated over every detail on the Bank DJ Wheelset and it's a product we're proud to put our names to.
