What's New? With every batch of frames, we look for opportunities to improve. The new Slacker Works build is available in Raw - which we've never done on a Slacker before - and a new matte powder finish called Purple Drank. The build is a best-of-everything approach starting with a Rockshox Vivid Coil DH rear shock matched up to Boxxer Ultimate forks (electric red spring to match the forks, of course). Drivetrain is SRAM X0DH delivering crisp 1x7 shifting, but if you're a park rat you can do singlespeed with an SBone kit. Maximum stopping power comes via Maven Ultimates and dual 200mm HS2 rotors. The wheels are now Reserve 31 DH Carbon rims hand built on Hope Pro 5 DH hubs with DT spokes and brass ProLock nipples (Fillmore valves and tubeless included) and fitted Maxxis Assegai Front and Minion DHRII rear tyres. Burgtec finish things off.

As with all our bikes, sizing advice is based on rider height, but the Slacker is a little different. All sizes have the same seat-tube length, which means you can choose your size based on the reach dimension alone, without having to compromise elsewhere. And remember, when using a dual-crown fork you'll have the option to use the reach-adjust headset to fine-tune reach by +/- 5mm on each size.
