The Edit is a real rider's bike. It's the bike we ride more than any other, the one we always pick up. It's the perfect companion for a bit of everything; days in the woods, big pedal days, mountain missions, bikepark sessions or just clowning around down the local. Now in it's fifth generation, the Edit is better than ever, and it's available in both MX and 27.5 versions. For real.
As with all Airdrop bikes the Edit is designed to put the rider front-and-centre. It's a bike that wants to be ridden and promotes dynamic riding. Rider engagement is the number one priority and keeping the rider connected to the terrain as they ride. A quirk-free kinematic and confidence inspiring geometry make the Edit a bike that's incredibly easy to get along with from day one. If you're looking for a bike that eggs you on to get creative with your line choice and rewards every input, then look no further.
Two Frame Colours
Elastoplast
New for 2025, Elastoplast is an 80% matte powder coat finish. As befits a bike like this, it looks sweet but it's hard as nails. Paired up with a silver anodised rocker and black anodised hardware. Choose your head badge finish from black or silver brushed alloy.
Raw
The classic Airdrop finish. Hand-brushed alloy with a clear matte powder coat to keep it looking fresh. That's paired up with a black anodised rocker and black anodised hardware. Choose your head badge finish from black or silver brushed alloy. Every one is a bit different, but they're all sick.
Air or Coil
The Edit can be built in so many different ways. So we designed the Edit's kinematics to work perfectly with either air or coil shocks. And of course, we offer both the Edit MX and Edit 27.5 as a frame-and-shock kit, so you can build yours to your exact specification.
Rockshox Vivid Coil Ultimate RC2T
The unmistakable feel of coil, evolved with premium technology to give you world-class suspension performance. This is the top-end RC2T shock with rebound adjust, high- and low-speed compression adjust, adjustable hydraulic bottom-out control and the new TouchDown position-sensitive damper.
Rockshox Vivid Air Ultimate RC2T
DebonAir technology gives coil-like suppleness with the advantages of air: maximum tunability in a lighter package. This is the top-end RC2T shock with rebound adjust, high- and low-speed compression adjust, adjustable hydraulic bottom-out control and the new TouchDown position-sensitive damper.
EXT Storia v4
The Storia v4 is there for riders who want to extract the absolute maximum performance from their Edit frame. Hand made in Italy, the Storia incorporates 4-way adjustability with a series of performance and finishing refinements that take things to a level unmatched by mass-produced dampers.
Transmission
The Edit is available as a bike in two different build levels: Core and Works.
SRAM 90 Series Transmission
Featured on the Edit MX Core: SRAM's all-new full-mount mechanical drivetrain. 90 Series just launched and it's set to be the number one choice for core riders. It brings all the advantages of full-mount transmission but with cable-actuated shifting. So you get the easy setup, precise and consistent shifting even under load, robustness, serviceability and build quality of SRAM Transmission without the additional cost of wireless. We expect 90 series to be our most popular drivetrain on our trail bikes.
SRAM X0 Eagle Transmission
Featured on the Edit MX Works: SRAM's most robust high-performance drivetrain. AXS wireless shifting is swift and seamless, even under load. The rear mech has a hangerless, full-mount interface only available on frames with UDH compatibility. It's robust, features an overload clutch and the cage is fully rebuildable. Up front, the innovative cranks are incredibly strong, but lighter than all the competition. We spec two chainring bash guards for maximum security. We all run X0 Transmission on our own bikes because it's the best.
Built To Order
We design our frames in-house, then have them manufactured in small batches in one of Taiwan's finest factories. We then build every bike to order in our Sheffield workshop. That's one of the many perks of buying a bike from a small and independent brand; your bike hasn't been churned out on a production line. Every step of the process has been done by a skilled engineer, by hand.

Edit MX Full Builds
The Edit MX is a mixed wheel size (mullet) version of the iconic Edit, now in it's fifth generation. This is the finest and the fastest trail bike we've ever built.
You will not find better thought-out or better value builds than these. We only fit parts that we ride on our own bikes, and there are no corners cut. From the more affordable Luxe build right up to the drool-worthy Works model, everything here is legit.

Edit MX Frame Options
The Edit MX is a mixed wheel size (mullet) version of the iconic Edit, now in it's fifth generation. This is the finest and the fastest trail bike we've ever built.
The familiar Airdrop silhouette disguises an all-new frame with too many upgrades to mention here. An alloy frame with dedicated mullet geometry, 161-167mm travel, external cable routing, one-piece CNC rocker and UDH dropouts. It'll handle anything you can throw it at.

Edit 27.5 Frame Options
With the industry leaving 27.5" wheels behind - and certain riders with it - we doubled down on our commitment. Airdrop bikes are about sessions, not seconds.
The Edit 27.5 is a dedicated platform designed from the ground up with all the same updates we brought to the Edit MX for 2024. So you get 161mm travel, an alloy-frame with one piece CNC rocker, external cable routing, UDH dropouts and of course, Airdrop build quality.
