Returns Policy

We can provide a refund either before your order has shipped (cancellation), or up to 30 days after delivery (return). You also have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 which we are happy to support.

 

Cancellation

You can cancel your order at any time up to the point where it has shipped. In this case we will provide a full refund, including shipping costs, to your original payment mothod. Please note that international orders are subject to currency exchange rates and your refund may differ slightly in value.

 

Return

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be recalled, but you can return it in new and unused condition up to 30 days after delivery. In this case we will provide a full refund, excluding shipping costs, to your original payment method. Returns will be subject to an inspection before a refund is provided and we reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used or damaged. Please note that international orders are subject to currency exchange rates and your refund may differ slightly in value.

 

Changes and Exchanges

It might be that you want to change the size, colour or specification of an order. If the order has not yet shipped, we would treat this as an order change, which may or may not require a refund or an additional charge, depending on your request. If the order has already shipped and you want to exchange the goods, we would treat this as a return, and issue a refund once the goods are back with us. You can then place a new order.

3. Resolution

If you are returning goods either for a refund or exchange, once we have determined that they are in new and unused condition, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
