We take pride in the quality and durability of our products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. We expect Airdrop customers to ride their bikes hard, just like we do. Nevertheless, it is possible for products to fail under exceptional circumstances, and that's where we have you covered.
Whether you've had a big crash, a workshop malfunction or some other mishap, we want to get you back up and running quickly and at the minimum cost. That's where our accidental damage policy comes in.
All Airdrop products have lifetime support in the event of accidental damage. If you are the original owner and your Airdrop product has been damaged as a result of a crash or other mishap, we will repair or replace it at a heavily discounted price.
Every claim is different, but as a rule we will try to offer a like-for-like replacement or the latest equivalent at the best price we can. The goal is to support our customers to keep riding.
Exclusions
Does not cover consumable items such as bearings and mech hangers. Does not cover paint, decals or removable frame protection.
Limitations
Available to the original owner, but we may at our sole discretion choose to offer support to subsequent owners. Related costs such as shipping, duties, damage and third-party fees are the responsibility of the customer.
