Warranty Policy

We take pride in the quality and durability of our products, which are designed and manufactured to the highest standards. We expect Airdrop customers to ride their bikes hard, just like we do. Nevertheless, it is possible for products to fail under exceptional circumstances, and that's where we have you covered.

If you have a problem with an Airdrop product, we'll do everything we can to get you back up and running quickly and with the minimum amount of fuss; whether that's under our warranty or accidental damage policy.

Exclusions
Bearings are a consumable part and are subject to a 6 month warranty period. The warranty does not cover derailleur hangers, paint or decals, or damage to paint or decals caused by fitting or removal of frame protection or overexposure to sunlight. Normal wear & tear or damage caused in the act of riding is not covered.

Limitations
Available to the original owner; warranty is not transferable. The warranty period begins when the product is delivered or collected. Total system weight (bike, rider and kit) is limited to 130kg. Related costs such as shipping, duties, damage and third-party fees are the responsibility of the customer. The warranty is invalid if the product has been improperly assembled or maintained, structurally modified, stripped or re-sprayed.

Warranty Process

If you have had a problem with an Airdrop product and you believe it's the result of a material or manufacturing defect, submit a claim under our warranty policy. (crashes or other mishaps are covered by our accidental damage policy.)

1. Submit A Claim

Fill in the form below to begin your warranty claim. We will contact you back as soon as possible.

2. Inspection

Send the product back to us so that we can inspect it. We will determine if the problem is the result of a material or manufacturing defect and let you know the outcome.

3. Resolution

Depending on the outcome of the inspection, we will repair or replace the product under the warranty policy, or where appropriate offer a resolution under the accidental damage policy.
