Complaints Policy

If you have contacted us previously, our normal customer service processes have been exhausted and you are still not satisfied with the outcome, you may wish to make a formal complaint. Please contact us on 0114 2012339 or email hello@airdropbikes.com.

Formal complaints are treated with respect and are subject to process. We aim to respond to formal compaints within 5 working days. Our goal is to provide a full resolution within that time. If we are not able to offer a full resolution within the 5 working days, we will respond with a next-step as quickly as possible.
